Concept Map: Effective Graphic Design
This concept map helps to illustrate what principles can help create effective graphic design. The concept map uses arrows to point to various principles that need to be followed in order to create graphics that are effective, meaningful, and easy to understand. I made sure the principles were aligned, to help show unity and grouping. The various principles include color, typography, visual cues and hierarchy, excitement, and much more.
I then included arrows to point from these principles to the bottom box, which explains that using and following these principles will help create effective and engaging graphics.
I worked to keep similar color and the same typography, along with unity and grouping, to exhibit some of these principles in the concept map graphic.
